Introducing one more Villa from our Luxury basket i.e Villa Lakeside or Villa (BTW). The Villa is located amid a beautiful village namely Reis Magos nearby Candolim overlooking the Mandovi river that joins with the Arabian sea. The Villa has 4 floors and is a 7 beds villa. With adequate parking space in the vicinity, the guests won’t have a problem parking their vehicles. The Villa is fully airconditioned with round the clock security, all bedrooms have attached washrooms with modern bath-ware.

The living area on the ground floor welcomes the guests with plenty of space to conduct parties, have a get-together, etc, the living area is a drawing room with modern furniture of European style and a LED TV hanging on the wall for frequent entertainment. Besides the living area has a minibar, mini theater system, and other amenities. A separate playroom on the ground floor has a billiard table, table tennis table, and other indoor games.

The terrace of this villa has a mini restaurant with a wood-fired burner for making and serving hot sizzling pizzas. The Kitchen of this villa is fully stocked with all essential groceries, wares, and a big refrigerator for deep freezing that are meant to facilitate self-cooking however the services of a dedicated chef will be made available if the need be. If the guests would like to have their stock of wine refrigerated to the desired temperature for some special occasion just before entering the villa then they have to give us a call for the arrangements.

The Villa overlooks the Arabian sea, the outdoor area is the best to have memorable hangouts. All the bedrooms have a double bed arrangement with attached washrooms, of course, all rooms have a balcony. The important aspect of this Villa is a private swimming pool. The swimming pool is rectangular filled with clean waters ready to delight the customers with a spectacular swimming experience, now when it comes to swimming the pool has a hammock and sunbed on its deck for resting and sunbath.
