This villa has  4 bedrooms divided into 4 units all interconnected with one another and has all VVIP facilities. The exact location of the villa is at Assagao in North Goa. Some of the popular places and restaurants like Mojigao and Jamun are very near to this edifice.

The entrance of the villa is paved with a lush green garden consisting variety of flora releasing fragrances of love, peace, and enjoyment, after entering the guests are welcomed by an ultra-spacious living room fully decorated with paintings and sculptures in all corners, big French windows to let the sun rays in, beautiful chandelier right in the middle that radiates bright light when lit, European style comfortable sofa surrounding an aesthetic drawing table in the middle with an Italian flower vase on top, there is plenty of room in the villa for all to socialize, roam around and have a  gala time.

The living room is followed by a dining room with a big round dining table and more than a dozen chairs to accommodate as many folks at a given point in time for grubbing. When it comes to grubbing then it’s the kitchen that is prominent as it has all the apparatus, heating, refrigeration systems, etc to stimulate anyone to self-cook mouth-watering delicacies and serve if needed  a dedicated cook is provided to do the cooking.

The point of attraction is the big private swimming pool which is maintained well throughout with clean waters so that guests can have an enjoyable time swimming in total privacy, of course, one can view the pool from the living room. The deck of the swimming pool has all the arrangements for resting and refreshments.

All bedrooms are fully furnished with king-size beds having cotton mattresses on top and air-conditioned by the centralized HVAC systems, of course one can take a shower in the ultra-modern bathing system featuring en-suite washrooms. A powder room is also provided for convenience just in case.

Not to mention the housekeeping, security, and caretaker shall remain on standby for assistance of any sort during the stay.
